Hamburg City Homes 2 - super central

In this beautiful accommodation, very close to Hamburg city center, the Alster, the exhibition halls, the CCH (Congress Center Hamburg), the Sternschanze, St. Pauli, and the Hamburg University, you will live centrally and yet quietly in a completely modernized and cozy Three room apartment. This has two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table, shower room, and an outdoor area with a garden table.

In our accommodation you will find everything you need for a short or longer stay in Hamburg. We provide bedding, towels and a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine.

On the day of your arrival you can check in yourself from 3:00 p.m., as we have a key box at the accommodation for which you will receive the code and detailed directions via the holiday apartment chat shortly beforehand.

Please note that the apartment is in a multi-unit residential building where families and elderly people also live. For this reason, the night's quiet must be strictly observed between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Parties and disturbing the peace are not permitted.

Die Klimaanlage war zu laut. Der Aufenthalt selber: top. Verbesserungsvorschlag: großer Spiegel im Flur. Bis bald.

Falsche Unterkunft

Leider kam es Angeblich durch ein Technisches Problem zu einer Doppel Buchung, somit konnten wir die angemietete Unterkunft nicht beziehen und mussten in eine andere ausweichen. Diese musste erst gereinigt werden was auch nicht richtig Funktioniert hat. Der Eigentümer hat am Nächsten tag nachgebessert aber immer noch einige Mängel nicht beseitigt, sondern nur versteckt ( Schmutz Wäsche ). Das Inventar in der Wohnung müsste mal Überholt werden. Griff am Geschirrspüler ist abgebrochen, Gewürze die Seit 2017 abgelaufen sind, sollte man doch eigentlich mal entsorgen. Türschlösser klemmen sodass eine Person den Schlüssel erst über das Fenster vom Badezimmer rausgeben musste und mit ein bisschen fummeln haben wir die Tür aufbekommen. Türschilde verbogen und lose. Wenn man das eine Bett in ein großes Bett umbauen wollte, so musste man erst ein Sofa beiseite schaffen. Wir haben uns dann mit den Mängeln abgefunden, da wir keine Lust hatten den gesamten Urlaub mit SMS an den Eigentümer zu verbringen. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt nicht besonders angenehm.

Die Küche war leider sehr spartanisch ausgestattet. Kaum Besteck. Kein Flaschenöffner/Korkenzieher.
