My room had a very nice overview of the park and the Hamburg area. First thing that I did after dropping off my bags at the room was to take a walk through the park, there is also a Planetarium located in this park that I did not get around to visiting - next time. The S-train stops are a short walk away and run very frequently, there's also a bus stop 5min walk away just around the corner from the hotel - this way you can plan your journey together via S-train and bus and have a shorter walk compared to walking all the way from any of the two the S-train stations.

The hotel facility is new. Plus point. However, when we entered the room, aircon was spoilt. We were given a different room but the door’s latch was broken. Felt so unsafe in room. Also wifi was down for 2 days! So disappointed since this is a new hotel. Also reception area is understaffed. Always 1 staff only on duty. Called reception no answer a couple of times. Had to go downstairs to ask them questions in person. So inconvenient. We were not told there are no toiletries in room. Reception didnt inform us that we can request for toiletries n such if we need it. Think frontline staff needs to be trained well to serve guests. Wont recommend this hotel unless businessman who needs to attend meetings nearby building within hotel area for convenience.

Lovely clean and modern hotel
A lovely hotel with clean comfortable rooms, breakfast seems a bit pricey but it is an all you can eat affair with tasty food and lots of choice. We used the FREENOW app to book taxis which was easy and there is a train station nearby which takes you through a beautiful park. Location is not central so there is some travelling to do to get to the centre. All in all it is a very nice hotel and I'd happily stay here again.

Positiv: Frühstück war einwandfrei, auch unser Zimmer im obersten Stock war absolut in Ordnung und auf dem neuesten Stand eingerichtet. Negativ: Zustellbett war nicht wirklich bequem. Beim Einchecken morgens teilten wir mit, dass unsere Flüge vorverlegt wurden und wir deshalb wesentlich früher in Hamburg wären. Auf unsere Nachfrage, unser Zimmer etwas früher zu beziehen, ging man leider nicht ein, was ich persönlich sehr schade fand. Über die Lage des Hotels muss man sich natürlich auch klar sein, dass man noch einige Zeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs ist, bis man im Zentrum ist.
