The main mattress was very uncomfortable, I could feel the inner metal parts, and dirty underneath, I had to pull out the little one from below to sleep on it. Also, nobody on reception the hole weekend.

Great value and good location

There are a ton of stairs so don’t bring heavy luggage. Great location next to 150 bus stop or 10 minute walk to 62 ferry. Old hotel so creaky and not very quiet but very beautiful and charming. I didn’t have hot water in sink or shower. The tea kettle upon arrival was such a treat. Slept great, could have used another pillow or one that wasn’t deflated and flat.

Was hard to Check in and speciel out as i couldnt get any in the reception even after ringing the Bell several times go for a walk and come back ringing the bell again. I ended up just leaving the keycard as i had a plane to catch

The reception staff was lovely but the room was not ready at 9pm.. The room i got was in terrible condition. The sockets were uncovered, as was the smoke detector in the ceiling, im not even sure it worked. It was extremely noisy early in the morning, with doors slamming constantly from 6am. At 6:30am housekeeping tried to enter my room to clean... It was very cheap but i did not get adequate rest, definitely won't stay again.

Dirty. Not clean sheets. Old food laying around in room an in refrigerator. Rotten bananas and sliced meat :-O. Room was in basement, with old air smelling. We left and drove back home after 10minutes.

Avoid if you can, the room was not booked was not given, we were given a different room, with run down interior in a dark hall. When I talked to front desk staff he talked nice but said he had no other room. He said he will try to switch us the day after but there was zero attempt to do so or even communicate about. As a frequent traveller I won't go back or suggest do to my negative experience. There is low will even to maintain the pace up to standards

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und entsprach nicht den Fotos. Das Bett war kaputt, wir konnten darin nicht schlafen. Außerdem war es schmutzig. Da niemand an der Rezeption war und wir gehörlos sind, konnten wir das Problem nicht klären und mussten mitten in der Nacht abreisen. Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Hotellet ligger meget langt fra centrum. Servicen var meget ringe, den tilsendte kode til værelset virkede ikke, en ny kode blev oplyst, men ved snakke end andre gæster opdagede vi at de havde oplevet det samme, og fik udleveret det der viste sig at være en all-round dørkode, dvs. man bare gav alle gæster samme kode til værelset. Værelset var meget beskidt, spindelvæv og støv i alle hjørner. Gadedør stod åben hele natten, ikke bare ulåst, men helt åben. Der er ingen på arbejde i aften/nattetimerne, så derved meget utrygt at døren bare står åben. Morgenmad spiste vi ikke på hotellet, der så ikke særlig indbydende ud. Hamborg centrum ligger 1 times kørsel, i tæt trafik, fra hotellet.
