Great location. Close to St Pauli station. If the Reeperbahn is your thing the thats just round the corner. Lots of bars sex shops and takeaways nearby. Hamburg is easy to get around and there is more to see than the Reeperbahn.

There are nicer areas of Hamburg but the street with Hnsehof on was quieter than some nearby noisy streets. Plenty of local restaurants and easy access to the Elbe tunnel

Reviews gave this property a ‘wonderful.’ It’s not. The bed was really uncomfortable and I had to figure out where to sleep based on the springs. Overall, the property was fine. It’s about what you would expect for this price point, which works for a lot of people, but wonderful it is not.

Room For Imrpovement

The hotel is where it claims to be... a short walk away from Reeperbahn and a short walk from Millerntor Stadium/Heiligengeistfeld. My room was ready and was more or less what I'd expected, but the shower was very badly in need of maintenance (the shower head was not screwed on properly and many of the holes were clogged, probably with calcium deposits). There was also only one type of soap... no shampoo/conditioner/hand soap. The only bottle which had been on the sink said it was a body and hair wash combination. Another minor grievance is that keys are not to be taken off property, which often means a bit of a wait to retrieve the key upon return... I have to imagine there's a better way, one which might reduce waits for guests and reduce stress for the desk staff. (This was particularly inconvenient when I was stuck behind someone with a booking difficulty... not the fault of the hotel, necessarily, but something that could be improved) I was not wholeheartedly dissatisfied with my stay, as the room was clean and the location is good, and the price of a night is quite good, however, I warn fellow travelers to set expectations low to avoid disappointment.

Unterkunft ist Einrichtungsmäßig ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber und gut. Bad nur ein bisschen klein, aber ausreichend.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte dort. Dafür reicht der Komfort aus. In den Zimmern zur Straßenseite ist es natürlich lauter als auf der Hofseite. Die Betten sind okay. Die Lage ist super. Mitten im Kiez und kurze Wege zu vielen touristischen Hotspots...

Der Preis von 17,50 € für das Frühstück finden wir unangemessen hoch. Dagegen ist der Preis für das Parkhaus im Nachbarhotel wirklich sehr gut. Das Zimmer 210 muss dringend mal überholt werden. Da sind einige Dinge nicht mehr zeitgemäß und gehören unbedingt erneuert.

Das Frühstück war mit 17,50 € für die angebotene Auswahl viel zu teuer (lt. Homepage war der Preis 15,00 €, was auch zu viel wäre). Das erste Zimmer roch nach Zigarette, wurde dann aber auf Anfrage nach Kontrolle getauscht (es war bekannt, das in dem Zimmer geraucht worden war). Das Zimmer als auch das Bad waren sehr klein, zudem auch in die Jahre gekommen, was insbesondere an dem Silikon im Bad zu erkennen war (sehr dreckig). Die Freundlichkeit des Personal könnte erheblich besser sein. Wir werden dort auf keinen Fall mehr hinfahren.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes hotel.Der Durchgang vor dem Bett war gerademal 40cm Das Badezimmer war eine Zumutung. Außerdem gab's nichtmal eine Schüsselbox an der Parkgarage um denn Schüssel zurückzugeben,mit anderen Worten eine Parkplatzsuche war die folge.Service geht anders.
