Decent hotel right next to Hamburg station. The road it’s on is a bit sketchy, full of junkies and refugees sleeping rough, but if you’re a solo traveller as I was it’s easy enough to navigate around and you can quickly walk to the awesome bits of Hamburg or jump on the metro. Staff were helpful and all spoke good English. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Would stay again.

Nice hotel and clean rooms. Within minutes from the train station. Weird or homeless people hanging around the street, especially during the night.

This is a budget hotel, very central but in a poor neighbourhood with risky streets at night. Extra cost for breakfast is not worth it, use local cafes and restaurants instead

Thh hotel is in a great location of train station, and the St Georg quarter is great for eating and very diverse. But I feel that it being in the midst of the Turkish quarter of the city, some people may feel they are no longer in Germany. Despite it being quite safe, I heard a female police officerr telling two women to not walk around alone at night. that is something I would probably not recommend in any majjor city in the world, specially in the areas wwith a lot of businesses, closed at night, and daylight busy streets being eempty at night.

Staying ok, but a problem with the refunding

Good rooms and no complaints about staying at this price. The location is great if you want to get to the main train station quickly, although the surroundings can feel a bit rough at night. The biggest problem with our stay was that we were (accidentally) charged twice, first by Hotels.com and then again at the hotel via my credit card. (I was so tired that I didn't remember that we had already paid.) The hotel initially helped to get our money back (about ten days ago), but after sending my credit card details and a couple of reminders, nothing happened, and I have not received any replies to my later messages.

The picture of the hotel does not show reality of the area.one can hardly find the name.it is in a very comercial area with many people around. It does not look very safe in the evening. Inside the hotel is ok though no elevator in the first area. Double stairs before the reception. Staff are ok fir questions. Both speak some English and try to help. The rooms are very basic, no coffee machine or microwave. Room is clean daily if you wish. No Netflix Or Utube only one English Chanel for news all day Close to the U trains train stations and FlixBus . The city if you explore many beautiful places to see. People in general don’t offer help though some people speaks English.

Hamburg city break.

Nice and friendly staff from reception to cleaning staff. Located close to the main Hauptbahnhof station. Multicultural area, nice restaurants and Middle Eastern, North African foods.

Perfectly fine

Really close to the train and buss-station so I would say suitable for passing through. A little bit of "rough" neighbourhood and you can barely see the entrance, but if you can live with not have the paris hilton view for me was perfectly fine since "rough" or no "rough" do not matter for me. Helpfull service when asked question and to use the luggageroom. Would say its more for just sleeping/relaxing than hanging at the hotell as the quality of room is spartan
