our car was damaged while parked in the hotel's ow

We stayed one night at Hotel Stadion Stadt in Hamburg, and during that time, our car was damaged while parked in the hotel's own parking area. The windshield was severely cracked, with clear impact marks.

I paid over £200 a night for a tiny room with a shared toilet, shower and sink. I understand prices rise at peak times, but this hotel should be capped at under £100 per night. More of a hostel feel to it.

Worst hotel in the world!’

Worst hotel experience in my Life!!! On booking it said hotel will greet you at the reception - NO one there On booking it said almost 24 hours check in avaibility - that was a LIE We called the hotel 5 times, no one answered. We contacted hotels.com they. Couldnt get in contact either with the hotel. We are standing there at 12 at the night not knowing what to do! If it wasnt for another hotel guest telling us that their is a key in a box next to the door we would have never known! We paid for 2 night but as soon as we woke up we left the hotel, we felt like in a horror movie.

Der var ingen, da vi kom. En låst dør! Vi kunne ringe - men forbindelsen virkede ikke! Skulle få nøglen i en nøgleboks. Der var stort set ingen i receptionen. Der var beskidt på værelset - og huller i væggen (men dejlig varmt vand, velfungerende nøgle, lys, rent sengelinned, ok tv og wifi). Men kun en stol/ klaustrofobisk. Men dejligt, vi kunne parkere, tak! Ikke noget, der befordrede et romantisk ophold - puder, madras, dyne var beskidte under lagner og betræk. Det var dejligt billigt - men ud fra annonceringen kunne vi ikke se, det var så ringe. Værst var, at at vi kom til en låst dør - vi kom til et hotel uden personale i receptionen.
Strint på væggen, der ikke kunne komme af.

Trotz bezahlter buchung haben wir in dem hotel kein zimmer bekommen was ich unteraller sau fand. Erstmal stand man um 20 uhr da keiner an der Rezeption mehr obwohl hier bei expedia was anderes steht und erfährt dann das kein zimmer frei ist. Haben dann zwar ein ausweich hotel bekommen mussten dafür aber 21km nach Harburg fahren. Und 45min mit s bahn um zum Kiez zu kommen. Im grosen und ganzen schlechter service kann gebuchte zimmer nicht doppelt vergeben.

Ich hatte mich auf die eine Nacht in Hamburg gefreut. Ich habe generell keine grossen Ansprüche. Aber ich war absolut entsetzt, dass es ein winziges Bad gab mit einer kleine Dusche und einer Toilette für knapp 20 Räume auf dem Gang. Wenn jedes Zimmer mit ca. 2 Personen besetzt ist, teilt man sich das Bad mit ca 40 Personen!!!! Sowas schimpft sich Hotel. Das ist eher ein Hostel und selbst dann ist es lächerlich, was es an Dusch und Toilettenmöglichkeiten gibt.
Kaputte Steckdose im Nassbereich.

Mini Adapter, welches man sich mit 40 Leute teilen darf. Wenn zwei Menschen geduscht haben, ist es dort so Nass, dass man fast Ausrutscher.

klare Warnung!!!

Winziges Zimmer: Vor dem Bett gerade genug Platz um die Tür aufzumachen, Neben dem Bett ca. 40cm auf der anderen Seite die Wand. Kein Schrank, keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer. Der Fernseher ohne Fernbedienung und ohne Empfang. 1 Toilette und 1 Dusche zusammen in einem winzigen Raum für 12 Zimmer auf der Etage! Nicht die geringste Schallisolierung der Tür. Das Licht aus dem Flur scheint durch den Spalt um die Tür! Gegenüber ein ständig lautstark steigendes Paar, draussen auf der Strasse ein Polizeieinsatz nach dem nächsten. Kaum Kommunikationsmöglichkeit mit dem Empfang wegen Sprachbarrieren.

Schreckliche Erfahrung – absolut nicht empfehlenswert! Ich habe nie so schlecht übernachtet wie in diesem “Hotel”. Das Zimmer war stark verraucht – als Nichtraucher kaum auszuhalten. Selbst die Bettwäsche roch intensiv nach Zigarettenrauch. Besonders schlimm: Mein Mann ist Herzpatient und hatte große Probleme mit der Luftqualität im Zimmer. Es war für uns gesundheitlich wirklich belastend. Die Türen sind extrem dünn – man hört jedes Geräusch von Flur. Es gab keine richtige Rezeption, und das Personal war kaum ansprechbar. Ich bin total enttäuscht, dass Expedia ein solches Hotel überhaupt auf seinem Portal listet. Man verlässt sich auf eine gewisse Qualitätskontrolle – hier wurde das Vertrauen völlig enttäuscht. Insgesamt war das keine Hotel-Erfahrung, sondern ein Albtraum. Ich kann nur jedem dringend davon abraten – niemals wieder

Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer mit Richtung zur starkbefahrenen Straße. Mit Ohropax konnte ich schlafen. Das Zimmer war klein, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für eine Übernachtung war es okay.
