The breakfast was for a budget hotel very very good. The room was spotless. The check-in and -out was quick. The hotel is near an underground station and main train station.

Liked the proximity to the train station. However, be aware that suitcases may have an issue with portions of the sidewalk. Ours had tired wheels just before we got there (on a short stretch of cobblestone). Thankfully, the Galeria (large department store) was within walking distance with a great selection on suitcases. The stay was great.

Good clean quiet comfortable room within a few minutes walk of central station and the Hafencity area to the waterfront. I did not eat at the hotel but there is vending of hot/ cold drinks and food selections.

The hotel is located at the periphery of Hamburg BH , with fair amount of homeless population. Returning from the Station, to alleviate anyvsafety concerns, one must choose to walk along the main roads, rather than the smaller roads directly to the Ibis Hotels.
