Clean, quiet hotel with very comfortable bed. It is very close to the Conference Center and connected by a covered walkway, so you don’t even need an umbrella. The adjacent park is beautiful and there is a fountain concert at 10 pm each night (at least in the summer) that can be viewed from the rooms that face the park.

It is a good plane hotel, perfectly comfortable and well equipped for an old wheelchair user. The Parking garage reached by the lift was a bonus. It is a bit too far for us to walk to sites but the red hop on hop off bus stops just outside every 30 minutes in the high season. We were passing by car from UK and I wanted to revisit Hamburg where I lived for a year 65 years ago. It worked well for us and many younger people too.

Staff was very helpful. Parking is well loaded. Very nice around area! But... Brackfest rate of value was very low as price was high, but choice was poor. Air conditioner wasn't working, it's wasn't possible to switch it on. In any case the general impression was good.

Working in the Messe, this hotel was very convenient with only a short walk through a beautiful park to reach the Halls. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast had a good and varied selection of hot and cold food. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel located next to planten un blumen park. We had a room on 11 floor with a great view over the park. Breakfast was ok but not more than that. There is no room where you Can sit with friends without buying anything. Staff was friendly and tried to explain themselves in english.

Breakfast, in our opinion, was a little overpriced to the selection of choices. The juice was watery and empty trays, that needed filling up. The staff was very helpful. Both on arrival and departure.
