clean but sterile decor in rooms

Had to check in a few hours early.. reception staff was very friendly and helpful. helped make several prints from their printer. Rooms however, where clean and comfortable but somewhat small, austere and lacked some practical/functional features like towel bars and hooks in the bathroom.

Read positive reviews about the hotel however located in unsafe area of town. Used train and bus to reach hotel and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Room was very noisy as well and couldn’t sleep due to notice from adjourning room. Staff was very cold and uninviting.

Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer dennoch sehr klein für diesen Preis. Auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre wünschenswert (gibt‘s mittlerweile fast ja in jeder anderen Hotelkette)

Das Personal war super freundlich. Alles sauber und angenehm. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terasse genossen. Die Zimmer sind gewöhnungsbedürftig klein, aber am Ende hat es vollkommen ausgereicht. Insgesamt unser Urteil gut.

Gutes Basishotel

Nettes Hotel in gutem Pflegezustand und idealer Anbindung.Bushaltestelle vor der Tür.Nette Cafes und Restaurants mit Charme sind fussläufig in Elmsbüttel zu erreichen. Das Frühstück fanden wir für 17,50 Eur pro Person zu spartanisch- keine warmen Speisen und nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Standardwurst und Scheibenkäse.

Fint fint

Fint hotel med udmærket beliggenhed i forhold til centrum og Arena. Koster ikke meget at køre i taxa dertil. Værelserne er små men fint indrettet. Morgenmaden var ok men med plads til forbedring på pålægssiden. Dog manglede vi spisepladser når vi kom ned for at få morgenmad (alle tre dage)

Bequem und praktisch.

Das Zimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es war bequem, sauber und praktisch. Die Lage war sehr gut und trotz der Hauptstraße ruhig. Eine Kaffeemaschine hätte es perfekt gemacht.

Je n'ai pas la première fois que je vais dans cette chaîne d'hôtel j'ai déjà dormi dans différentes villes Motel One Hamburg - Altona ma très déçu, l'isolation phonique est une catastrophe. On entend les voitures qui passent toute la nuit Chambre qui données sur la rue, sans parler des Porte qui claquent, je n'ai presque pas fermé l'œil de la nuit je retourne plus dans cet hôtel
