I loved the boutique style of this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided help without question. The buffet in the morning was very satisfying as well.

Nice hotel, but two problems 1. The name of the hotel is not shown on the outside of the property - as such, it was difficult to locate 2. The drain in the bathroom shower appeared to be slow at clearing leave a stale odour

Very convenient for the train station, but the area immediately around the hotel was a little bit rough. The room was clean and comfortable but quite basic (no air con or kettle). Walking distance of lots of nice bars and restaurants in the St George area.

The location near the central station was excellent and being down a side street I hoped that would mean less noise from outside but I was wrong. There is no air conditioning so we needed the windows open at night. As we were on the first floor, that meant a lot of noise from people all night. I mean A LOT of screaming, shouting drunks. I hardly slept the whole time we were there. The room is very comfortable, modern and spacious but there was a complete lack of any amenities. No way to make a coffee, no glass to use in the bathroom, no telephone to call reception, no extra pillows or blankets, no water or minibar, etc. There is also no restaurant or bar in the hotel so if you fid yourself thirsty or hungry, too bad. And, Im sorry to say but the staff on Front Desk are not friendly. Its a shame because the room is decorated beautifully and the location is great but the noise and ack of amenities mean I would not stay here again.

Steps away from hauptbahnhoff, room were okey but the toilet was so so small. Someone fat coul barely use shower as it is square shaped and extremely small. There is no room service, so that there is no phone available in the room. Unfortunately there were no slippers which was a total disappointment for me. Besides, one night i went downstairs to get some water, however, they told me that they do not have still water. I dont know what to say. The front office team was polite in general but wont gonna stay there again.

Very nice design hotel but very Simple as well - no coffee maker in the room. The room I got was smaller then showing in the pics and they upgraded me for free. It will be a good idea to update the rooms pics in Expedia so it will answer the expectations. Other then that - all was great

LOVE this hotel
Fabulous experience and wonderfully priced. We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. My partner had to work and there was a large desk in our room where he was able to get his work done. The service was great and the hotel was modern and clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect place to stay in Hamburg.
The hotel is in a perfect location to train station and for walking around the city or catching public transportation. Our room was excellent. The best part the price was very reasonable.

The property is in an excellent position near Hamburgs main Rail station. Rooms are small so the 3 nights we stayed would be a maximum, if you had large luggage I would suggest the larger triple room. It is a great place though, I would stay again in the winter, but summertime would be too hot as the rooms have no AC so it would be a bit harsh. Happy to recommend for a short break and the staff were very good

Lovely hotel, very close to Hamburg central train station. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Luggage storage available - perfect as we arrived early morning but we're able to leave luggage and start exploring before booking in. Our room for 3 was spacious, double bed and bed settee but we were not on top of each other. Lovely decor. Only fault....does not have air con... We arrived in a mini heatwave..having windows open did mean it was noisy.

Worthless hotel
Staff don't know their job. Five times their Ecard for the room was not working. I had to do up and down. They charge extra for the water more than the price they have fixed. On asking receipt they were reluctant to give and I had to chase them for it and next day they came up with receipt, depicting less amount. And they returned amount which they took initially. Room was very uncomfortable. Internet was not working. For every problem they had only word to say "its a technical issue". I asked them to clarify how charging extra money is technical issue. They were all speechless.

Nice hotel in a not so nice neighborhood
Not great neghborhood, but the hotel is ideally located close to the Hauptbahnhof. Convenient when you have business to attend to in the city and in the Hamburg region. Minimum comfort at the hotel, but it's OK when you are traveling for work.
