The staff were helpful and breakfast was great. The coffee was great and the selection fantastic. The room could have used a better cleaning but it wasn’t terrible. It was just not as good as I expected. The carpet in the room was stained and I think a better cleaning job should have been done. Still I would consider staying here again
Hotel was fine but overcrowded, busy, and loud. Some outdoor seating would be nice. Convenient location near HBF. Not many restaurants nearby besides those in the train station. Worth the money and would stay there again. Just those things come to mind.
Very good breakfast.
Comfortable room.
I liked the fact they informed you the room would not be cleaned until after the third night.
Early check-in 12.30pm also appreciated.
The price I paid for a room and breakfast was about £73 per night which I thought was excellent value for money. The bedroom was rather basic but it did include a king sized bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom facilities were rather cramped but did include a walk-in shower.
The hotel itself was away from SBahn and UBahn stations but they were walkable. The number 3 bus however gave easy travel from the Hauptbahnhof, although the stop was not easy to locate, to the hotel. As the hotel was in a one way street the return stop into the city centre was in the next road but easily located.
Breakfast was the usual self service. There was no restaurant for other meals but there were self-service facilities to purchase food and drinks. However the sandwiches did run out. So I would describe this more as a snack service. However there were many eating establishments in the city centre.
They need to clean the carpets. The breakfast is well worth the extra fee. The staff are very friendly. I do recommend this hotel. The price is good, and we have enjoyed our stay.
Very nice reception staff. The TV-signal was a bit dodgy on some channels. Breakfast was very nice.

Overprised, awful location, way too expensive for the quality. Check in took forever, room was never cleaned, just feels like everything is absolutely optimized for money making and nothing else.

The room did have a weird smell, one elevator out of service and parking lot was a nightmare, not enough places so we had to leave the car on the street and the nearest parking lot was 10 min walking and the staff gave useless info to help us with it
Budget hotel chain on edge of Hamburg city centre.
Absolutely perfect considering the price we paid, and the underfloor heating couldn't be faulted! (Also unexpected!)
Great value for money considering location (10min walk to Steinstraße UBahn) and directly by the Number 3 bus which is every 10mins.
Definitely recommended for anyone travelling on a budget.
A lot of things went wrong, first of all , if you order a hotel and it specifies that it has parking, you really hope that there's parking. I had to drive around the city for 30 min to find another parking spot, walk back in the middle of the night. There wasn't any help from the staff. The room had really dirty carpets and the backside of the door was really dirty. the breakfast buffet was bland at best.
Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet. Sauberes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück

Angenehmes Hotel in sehr guter Lage.
