Trotz zweimonatiger Buchung im Voraus, war das Zimmer durch Dachschräge, einem 1,40 m Bett, Heizungsrohre an der Bettseite ein Witz. Im 4.Stock, der Fahrstuhl ging nur bis zum 3 Stock. Preislich kein Nachlass. So etwas erwarte ich eher, wenn nichts anderes frei ist.

Werde bei meinem nächsten Hamburg Aufenthalt gerne wieder hier einchecken. Wäre schön, wenn dann keine Haare vom vorherigen Gast im Badezimmer zu finden wären. Ansonsten gute Sauberkeit. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Goed en betaalbaar hotel in Hamburg.

Hotel was goed gelegen tegenover het busstation. Kamers voor kunnen luidruchtig zijn. Jammer genoeg geen Airco en/of koelkast aanwezig. Kamer werd elke dag keurig gepoetst. Kamer was iets kleiner als verwacht met 2 eenpersoons bedden maar lag aandelen de rustige kant van het hotel met een balkon. Al met al toch een uitstekend verblijf gehad met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Zimmer + Personal top. Lärm unerträglich.

Top Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Leider wurde der Aufenthalt stark negativ beeinträchtigt durch den lokalen Lieferservice flink, welcher direkt unterhalb des Zimmers das Lager, die E-Bikes, die Anlieferung (palettenweise um 6 Uhr früh) und die Auslieferung (per E-Bike, teilweise mit Ghettoblaster) hat. Dies ist eine Zumutung und eine Schande für das Hotel.
