Punkt 1. Ich war leider enttäuscht, dass ich vorab nicht angemessen informiert worden war (weder automatisiert noch manuell auf meine Mails). Punkt 2. Wir hatten für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht und es war nur 1 Doppelbett vorhanden und ein vermutlich ausziehbares Bett, welches nicht ausgezogen war. Wir haben es leider nicht geschafft es auszuziehen weil sich der Teppich in den Rollen des Bettkastens verfangen hatte, immer und immer wieder. Unten alles verschmutzt und keimig. Ich finde es schade, dass das nicht bereits für die 4 Gäste vorbereitet wurde. Punkt 3. Die Kissen und Bettdecken sowie die Matratzen sind voll von Dreck. Bei der einen sah es so aus als hätte dort jemand reingekotzt. Bitte entschuldigt den Ausdruck, aber die Betten sollte man hin und wieder entkeimen oder auskochen und die Matratzen prüfen und ggf. tauschen. Punkt 4. Der Toilettendeckel auf dem kleinen WC war komplett lose. Dort war kein "Geschäft" möglich. Punkt 5. Das Geschirr war zum Teil mit eingetrocknetem Dreck behaftet. Punkt 6. Im FeWo-Inserat wurde eine Whirlpool-Nutzung angeboten (Punkt Annehmlichkeiten), der nicht existiert.
