Stayed as a group of 4 ladies for a girly birthday weekend. On arrival the staff upgraded the birthday girls room to a suite. The suite was fantastic, spacious, stylish and comfortable. The area is great for exploring the heart of Hamburg. Overall we had a fabulous stay, my only feedback would be to include tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. In addition to this, a basic cleaning kit for the suite would be great for the washing up dishes etc.

Nice english place in Hamburg!

Nice and easy place. Could have been cleaner. And the receptionist should have warned about the crowd of narco- outside the healtcare center down the road. Nice breakfast!

Clean and efficient not for luxury stay

The hotel was conveniently located to public transportation. The breakfast service was OK. I wish the fresh fruits provided would’ve tasted better. (Not quite ripe). Also, I didn’t like that. The only way to communicate with reception was to go to the lobby because there were no phones available in the room.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lots of good food close by with late night options, and easy to get to the train station. Fantastic staff and good breakfast. Lovely dining area. Room was stylish, modern, elegant, and rather large. I enjoyed.

The hotel itself has a good standard, great customer service and nice rooms! The hotel bar was great as well. It’s walking distance to popular areas in the city center, but I would recommend taking the u-bahn or an Uber since the area you pass is not the nicest. Overall really happy with our stay, would recommend if you would like a nicer hotel for a good price (rather than lower standard in a better area).

Very nice and clean room. The area surrouding the hotel is a bit dodgy after dark with drugaddicts staying in a local park. But the hotel itself is very nice and welcoming. I could go back next time visiting Hamburg :)

Decent hotel, not the best area

The hotel features fresh furniture and a modern building, with excellent cleaning standards that ensure a comfortable stay. The staff is polite, though their service could be more proactive to enhance the guest experience. One drawback is the lack of amenities such as flip-flops for the cold floors, as well as no coffee, cups, or glasses provided in the room. The surrounding area feels a bit less developed, but the overall cleanliness and modern setup are positives. With some attention to detail and improved service, this hotel has great potential.

Overall nice place to stay. We got a free upgrade ro a bigger room, which was really nice. 2 issues: no parking garage. We had to drive to nearby (2mins) parking garage (which closes at 10 pm) so when you come to hotel after 10 pm, its big hustle to find parking near by. Secondly, there was a continues noise in the room, like water is flowing down the pipes. wasnt loud at all, but at night it just not quit.

Lovely room and service, but terrible bed,

Very nice looking room, everything was clean and seemed very new. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. We barely got any sleep. Definitely the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. Also, just a small side note, the shower didn’t have a door or curtain, so water got all over the floor. It would be nice if there had been a squeegee to get rid of some of the water. The staff was incredibly friendly and service minded and helpful. If not for the bed, I would have highly recommended this hotel.
