If you are attending anything at the Barclay Arena this hotel is essentially a five minute walk through a beautiful park to get to the venue. The hotel was newly built in October 2025 and is of concrete block construction; very minimalist look on the interior. I found the automated check-in system frustrating after a long 35 hour flight. Especially in that my booking number did not correspond with the one I had been given by a third-party company and it also did not recognize my name. Luckily a staff member was still working in the bar and was able to give me a code to print my own key card and get my room number. But be advised that you do have to do all of that yourself through a computer stand. The room I had was perfectly sufficient aside from lacking any coffee maker or tea kettle station. It also did not include a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and clean. Storage for clothing was an open concept closet with one deep drawer. Nicest addition to the room was heated flooring in the bathroom. All in all a reasonably priced, convenient safe and clean place to stay if attending any event at Barclay Arena.

One word: BASIC. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, but overall it’s very functional and no-frills. Two things worth noting: 1. The location isn’t central, and there are limited good restaurant options nearby. 2. The pillows are genuinely uncomfortable - oversized, overstuffed, and offering very little support. I mentioned this to staff on departure after struggling to sleep both nights.

Check in katastrophe, Zimmer war kurz vor 15 Uhr immer noch nicht fertig, ich bin mit zwei Kindern angereist und haben noch 50 min warten müssen. Frühstück sehr überschaubar, schlechter Kaffee, wenig Vielfalt. Das Familienzimmer war groß, die Kissen zum schlafen viel zu steif und zu hoch. Wir haben alle drei kaum geschlafen. Die Parkplätze absolute Mangelware, haben weit entfernt auf der Hauptstraße geparkt.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Ein großzügiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und im Schlafbereich war das Bett bequem. Solange das Fenster geschlossen ist, relativ ruhig, sonst doch etwas lauter da direkt an der Hauptstraße und der Flughafen nicht soweit entfernt ist. Frühstücksbuffet habe ich am Morgen bewusst nicht gewählt, da es doch ziemlich überlaufen war. Würde es aufgrund der perfekte Lage zur Barclay Arena oder HSV Stadion (10 Minuten Fußweg), sowie der guten Anbindung zur S-Bahn usw. jederzeit erneut buchen.
