With an unbeatable location, this fantastic property is surrounded by expansive green spaces and a spacious front verandah.
The kitchen is a dream with modern appliances. It's sparkling tile floor flow into the dining room where you can enjoy your meal with a view.
The two queen-sized bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The main suite boasts a deluxe ensuite and a sizeable walk in robe. While the other has easy access to the main bathroom.
Ideally located on Gray street, Hamilton's Main Street, you'll be close to the lake, a hospital, a playground, pubs, restaurants, cafes, and just two minutes drive to the CBD.

Great location, lake views, exceptionally clean, to die for comfy bed, host was easy to communicate with, and I felt relaxed in the home. 2 minute drive into town or a 20 minute walk. Walk around the lake when you stay.

Stunning views

Stunning views to just sit and relax. Everything you need and more, extremely clean and decorate to perfection. Huge kitchen that over looks the dinning room with views of the Riverside. Lovely linen on very comfortable beds and two bathrooms. Stunning, we loved it.
