"I am a big fan of DoubleTree by Hilton hotels!! From the greeting & the cookie, to the cleanliness & organizing of the staff... it has always been a go-to. What I did find odd was that there were no towel bars to hang anything on. I could not hang my wet towel to dry nor the robe & hair towel I travel with. Additionally, the tv only worked the first evening. Moving forward with my 2 nights stay, the tv popped up with a connection error each time I attempted to use. Even after turning off and trying again. Otherwise, the rest of my stay was nice and everything in order as expected."

"Very clean property. Nice rooms, but the beds were pretty firm, seemed like the pillow top had bed squished over time, likely needs to be replaced. We asked for extra padding for the bed and were thankfully able to get some which helped. The pools are nice but close early. The ping pong table and corn hole can't be used after the pool closes, not a very good set up with that, but there are 2 pool tables in one of the restaurants. Overall we would stay again as long as we could get extra padding for the bed again."

"I was here the night before I boarded a flight to move overseas. At 3 am I was dead tired and very disoriented after emptying out and cleaning my old apartment. The hotel staff were very gracious and patient as I rattled off questions at them in my confused state. They were much appreciated and the room was great!"

"We were on a tight schedule and chose this Westin for its proximity to IAD and the on-site restaurant. The room was a typical Westin room, very comfortable, safe and clean. The most notable though was the quality of the restaurant. Normally I would never order something like crab cakes at an airport hotel but I did and was surprised at the quality and presentation. Breakfast was equally as good, everything very fresh and well prepared. The service was very professional. They made a great martini as well. 4 start only because I’m stingy about giving 5. Surpassed my expectations."
