Good accommodation for a family of four. Room was clean and spacious. No lift to 3rd floor so a little hassle carrying cases up a flight of stairs. Limited parking onsite so needed to park in pay car park across road.

Not the place if you want a good nights sleep.

Good location, tidy. Had a terrible night sleep with loud music being played all night till 6am from either neighbouring room or floor above. I’ve stayed at many Quests, and this has been the worst one yet. Not staying here again.

The elevator is extremely small and luggage and people both won’t fit. Had to load luggage on trolley and send up to floor 2 then run up stairs to meet, THEN no elevator from floor 2 to 3 so hand hauled luggage up stairs to 3rd floor. Limited parking with hydraulic lifts so if your car is on the upper lift and some stranger below, and the staff is gone for the day you are stuck. Walking is only option then. Property is dated, and not as nice as other Quest properties we have stayed at.

The whole experience was terrible. I had called a couple of days prior to the check in date for ask about the breakfast deals. The lady on the phone didn't know about them and said someone who did know would call me back. Never got a phone call. When we go to the hotel, at about 4:30ish the doors were locked, and we had to call on the intercom. We waited for 5-10mins on the sidewalk for someone to answer. I tried calling the hotel twice with no answer, i called the hotels emergency line, no answer. Once someone finally picked up, you could hardly hear them through the intercom. They opened the doors once confirming who i was and everyone's details for the night with their room cards were sitting on the counter for anyone to see... This felt like a huge breach of my privacy. We found our way to the room. The hallways were very dark and the walls where all scrapped up. It looked terrible. The room was standard and okay, but the shower was unusable. the glass was covered in marks and the spray nozzle didn't work; it was just like a hose with no end on it. The bed was nicely made, but the bed itself was literally like sleeping on the floor, it was so hard. There was also such limited car parking. We had to park on the road. This entire experience was horrible and i will never book with Quest again.

The room was clean. I liked the idea of the clothes washing machine but did not use it. They said there was breakfast, and I guess they did. Yoghurt, bread, butter and juice were in the refrigerator. They said there was parking but I was told it was full my entire stay, so I guess there was not parking. But it was quiet and the staff seemed nice.

Great location and fantastic staff! Only issue in room is dryer door was falling off (I forgot to tell front desk when we left). Parking is tight; difficult to turn around, I’ve never been a fan of car stacking, but we didn’t have any issues. Everything else was great!

Friendly staff and good location. Evidently an old building that has been well remodelled. However, our room 110, with only one high window could be very problematic if there was an emergency. Really should be better equipped.

I loved this area, having stayed by the port the last time. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The front desk was helpful and friendly. They had umbrellas in a stand for guests. Up the street are lovely restaurants, shops and pubs.
