Was first given a very small odd shaped room looking roof annd air conditioner. I have to work remotely asked for new room which they did give us! The only issue was the rest went Saturday of our stay and waiting a while to be served. Not busy 4 other tables. Asked for glass with ice for the beer because they didn’t have the beer. I wanted and had to water down the other choice brought. Then ordered burger which I had before was looking forward to it. BUT kitchen must have tried to take off blue cheese they put on accidentally cause first bite was good the next was awful looked at burger had reminders of blue cheese which I absolutely hate. Waited for waitress to come back but she did not my husband ate it since he liked blue cheese so was dispirited with it and not great service. Ended up ordering a pizza from across the street later which was amazing. The rest was disappointing especially service. I have never complained before but this was 3 strikes, no soup no beer (micholob ultra) and not great service. )

Beautiful room and hotel. Excellent staff - especially Ed. View incredible. Walls are thin so quiet but not quiet (can hear murmurs and toilet use). Parking was manageable as we got lucky to find a spot with a larger vehicle. Great coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. Also talk along the water was wonderful.

Rooms are not very soundproof. You can hear everything somebody is saying in the next room when they speak at a normal level. They gave us a room right next to the staircase as well, so I only heard was a door slamming shut every 10 minutes. Parkview window was tiny and just looking onto a sidewalk. staff were very lovely. Pool was warm, and well taken care of. Breakfast was absolutely awful.

The property was clean. The staff friendly and helpful. Great views of the waterfront. Breakfast was more than I expected and the kids loved the pool. Restaurant downstairs looked great but didn’t have time to visit. The only surprise was parking at a cost of $15/night or by meter. This will definitely be my go to hotel if I am in the area.

We were at the hotel due to having a kitchen fire at our home. Everyone at the hotel were absolutely wonderful… the people at the front desk and the restaurant …..Marian , Edmond and Laura at the front desk and Matteo and Julia in the restaurant . They went out of their way to help us and we could not be more grateful for their kindness and consideration. Thank you all so much
