"I arrived at 1am and just wanted to sleep. Got room number and key, the key didn’t work went to front desk and Nick was nasty and said oh that one is broken I moved my room and that room the toilet did not flush. I had to deal nasty Nick again finally got a 3rd room and was not very clean. I went to desk for a 3rd time to let him know that all I wanted was a clean wand to sleep as I was exhausted. He actually said “you do this every time you are here “ I was confused as this was my first time ever being in this hotel. Nick told me I can leave I said it’s paid for and by now was 230 in the morning. This was first and last time ever going to Holiday Inn. Management should really do something about the rooms and especially Nasty Nick"
