"They were experiencing mechanical issues when I arrived, and said they had no hot water thru out the hotel. They said they would cancel my reservation due to this, which they didn't and I have been charged. I have had a hell of a time contacting customer service, and keep getting hung up on before I even get a chance to speak with anyone. I need to be refunded asap!"

"Breakfast was ok. Not great but good. Biscuits and gravy was awesome, sausage good, omelette awful. OJ good. Lord of choices around hotel for food as well. "
