"Die Ferienwohnung war unglaublich sauber und wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Aussicht über den Harz war absolut toll. Die Entfernung zum Nationalpark Harz war in Ordnung. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für sehr schöne Wanderungen. "Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Einrichtung hat unseren Geschmack getroffen ( nicht dieses dunkle Holz, braune Vorhänge, orange Couch usw.). Die kleinen Details und trotzdem die Aufgeräumtheit und die modernen Badezimmer haben uns gefallen. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt."

"Chosen for its location, the hotel did not disappoint. Seemed popular amongst the older generation as a holiday base, offering half-board at a good standard and included drinks with dinner. My junior suite was enormous but no air-con, although there were plenty of windows, which opened fully. Not much to do in the locality and the exterior could do with a facelift. Good wi-fi speed. My only real gripe was the very thin curtains, which did little to block the early morning light. "

"Das Hotel wirbt mit Spa, Schwimmbad und drei Saunen – in Wahrheit war nur eine Sauna nutzbar. Die anderen waren außer Betrieb, ohne jeglichen Hinweis vorab. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse eine Frechheit. Die Nutzung von Saunatüchern kostet 5 € extra – in einem Spa-Hotel völlig unverständlich und kleinlich. Das Personal war durchgehend unfreundlich und offensichtlich genervt von jeder Frage. Antworten lauteten regelmäßig: „Keine Ahnung“ oder „Google es“. „Wie kommen wir nach Thale?“ – „Keine Ahnung.“ „Haben Sie eine Taxi-Nummer?“ – „Nein, googeln Sie.“ „Können wir unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout kurz hier lassen?“ – „Wir haben keinen Platz. Stell die Sachen einfach neben die Eingangstür.“ – Drin, aber ungesichert und für jeden zugänglich da Personal nicht immer am Tresen sitzt. Unglaublich! Der einzige Lichtblick war das Frühstück – das war gut. Aber selbst das kann diesen Aufenthalt nicht retten. Fazit: Nie wieder. Finger weg. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen"
