Amazing little gem perfect for a getaway. Think all you need resort with direct access to a safe and clean beach. You won’t need to leave the property. The team has great day package getaways also.

Fantastic service and authentic Tunisian experience. I cannot praise the staff enough, they made the vacation wonderful. The food was very good, and the beach was amazing, though a little walk, it was definitely worth it. I would come back again!

Water runs out of the bathroom tub. Management was notified and they quick to check what was wrong and the quick fix they perform did not solve the problem. Room cleaning was not done timely and I had to call each time it was still not done before 2 PM. Food was average for a 4 star hotel. Not enough variety. Did not ever serve shrimp or salmon during the whole week we stayed there. For a place on the Mediterranean coast, not serving shrimp or salmon is not normal

Family entertainment hotel

This hotel is geared mainly for families with children and teens. there's quite a bit of entertainment for them, plenty of food and snacks all day long, pools and beach and games. If you are looking for peace and quite then look elsewhere. this hotel is loud all day and a good part of the night as well.

3 star hotel at 4 star price

A 4 star for a 4 star...which is much more a 3 star. Staff are friendly, but laid back. If you manage to get their attention it'll still take 10 mins to get you a drink. The animation team are constantly working, long hours from sun up for breakfast to after sundown and closing shows. 8am to 11pm. Got to hand it to them. Amenities need updating, as do rooms. Our shower drain was blocked when we areived, meaning an 11pm flood! Maintenance areived within 5 mins, and a cleaner 10 mins later. Great service...but after the fact. Beach is a few mins walk down a dead end street, so very quiet. Beach is busy though

Avoid staying at this property! I wanted to change my dates of stay, so the hotel promised me that if I cancelled and then rebooked for a different date they would refund my original stay as they do not offer free cancellations. This was a lie and the hotel never refunded me or responded to the countless phone calls and emails Expedia sent on my behalf. They are looking to scam guests. As well, the hotel room was outdated, smelled of cigarettes, and was falling apart. The staff were rude and the food was average at best. Book elsewhere.

We had booked a triple room for 3 adults for 2 nights. We were allocated a suite which sounds great only till you use the room. The shower flooded every time we used it and every time it needed cleaners to come which was very inconvenient. The locker in the room needed changing 3 times as none worked. When we called the manager, we were made feel that we should feel thankful that we were given a suite and that lockers were never originally for the guests. The cleaning staff knocked at 8am and entered the room without waiting for the answer which was very embarrassing. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and in the bedroom. We had opted for B&B only. This place seems to cater for more all inclusive, hence we were not given any wrist band. The manager at the end decided to offer us a free meal and when we went to get the food, we were asked so many questions and made feel very uncomfortable. We message was a waste of money. The location is not great, very isolated and away from everything else. Will not recommend - the hotel, the staff and services are poor. There are many other places near by which looked great with central location.

Huoneesta 3 *** tähteä. Henkilökunnan asenne palveluammatissa oli merkillepantavaa. 98 % heistä ansaitsee 5***** tähteä. Ruoka oli erittäin hyvää ja oli turvallista syödä ihan kaikkea, mitä itse vaan halusi kokeilla. Vaihtoehtoja oli runsaasti 5***** tähteä. Animation ryhmä oli sopivasti innostavaa ja hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin 4**** tähteä. Kokonaisuudessaan vastasi 4**** tähden luokitusta. paikkaa voi hyvillä mielin suositella kaikille ja kannattaa ottaa all-inc.

Personal war sehr freundlich bis auf 2 Leute wo ich leider die Namen nicht mehr weiß.Der eine an der Rezeption Wollte andauernd mir was verkaufen was ich nicht wollte. Ansonsten angenehmer Aufenthaltn Das Hotel an sich bräuchte aber eine Renovierung in den Zimmern. Fliesen waren bisschen locker, alte TV Geräte, alte Lampen und auch alte Betten.

A pleasant family orientated resort hotel. The food was plentiful but not that exciting or local. It wasn't on the beach but 200m away down a road. The staff always said hello and the room was clean.

All around good value for money

Had a nice 1 night stay with family in October 2021. We weren't so happy with the room we received because there were some cleanliness issues, but the reception was very accomodating in giving us a new room. Great service.

Nous avons été très bien accueillies à notre arrivée. Nous avons demandé à profiter du ALL INCLUDE (qui n'était pas prévu). Cela n'a posé aucun problème, pour la somme modique de 12€ par jour et par personne. Cela nous a permis de profiter, entre autres, d'une soirée "Diner Spectacle" en centre ville gratuitement, et de très bonne qualité. Nous avons très apprécié notre court séjour de 3 jours.

All the staff where kind, friendly and very helpful. As a solo traveller if i needed help or advice on how to get anywhere they couldnt do enough for me. When my transport let me down in tunis at 3am i called them and they sent a taxi to me and haggled the price down to. The building when you first walk in and see the columns with a fountain and stain glass is beautiful.
