Suite S + 3 on the ground floor, new and furnished with terrace and private pool

  • Very beautiful and large suite with three rooms in a new and high standing residence located in the countryside between Yasmine Hammamet and Bouficha. The apartment has a flat screen TV, two private bathrooms and a shower room, a large living room, dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher machine. The apartment is on the ground floor and opens onto a grassy field, a small citrus orchard and a large swimming pool. It has an independent entrance and includes three bedrooms, one with its private bathroom and its terrace. Large dressing rooms are also available.

    The residence is located in an orchard of various fruit trees and close to the sea and its beaches. It has a grassy garden and a large swimming pool of 12m x 5m for adults and another 3m in diameter for children.

    The residence is located next to a tourist center which offers camel and horse rides and excursions in the countryside and its surroundings.

    The "Medina Medea" with its souks, restaurants, the Carthage Land theme park with its diverse and varied attractions and entertainment for young and old, the Marina "Yasmine Hammamet Marina" with its shops, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors , services and shops are only 10-15 minutes by car.
