"I booked this hotel for the indoor pool and availability of the handicap accessible room. Unfortunately, after using the pool once, I didn't want to use it again. The pool was very cold- my daughter was shivering after 10 minutes. There was food all over the floor and tables. There weren't many clean towels available.
The handicap shower would have been excellent except for the fact that water bounced off the shower floor onto the bathroom floor. We had to use almost every towel to try to keep it from getting too slippery for my 81 yr old father that needed the handicap shower. A shower door instead of a curtain could easily solve that problem.
The room itself looked and felt clean. The breakfast was simple, but adequate. Unfortunately, because of the pool and shower issues we won't be staying here again. But if those aren't your concerns, then this hotel is acceptable"
"The check in staff and the breakfast staff were amazingly kind and professional. Breakfast bar was complete with pizza, quiche, waffles, coffee, juice, cereal, bagels, muffins and toast. My kiddos favorite was the parfait bar! The room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was the pool was empty and closed. We didn't stay long enough to use it but I only book hotels with pools for my kids in case we need to burn energy."
"We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Its clean and well run. This time, we had a toilet that didn't operate properly and there wasn't staff on site to fix it over the holiday weekend. They moved us to a different room for the remaining nights. Staff is very accomodating."
"Tracy at the front desk was so friendly and hospitable I felt right at home! The hotel is beautiful, well maintained and clean. All the staff I encountered from the maintenance person to the breakfast staff were amazing. I highly recommend it!"
Peaceful Quiet Cozy Tiny Home W/Country Views. 20 min. to Downtown Bowling Green
10/10 Excellent
"The property was just as described. Self check in/out was a breeze. Was only 15 minutes from downtown, so it was perfect for all of our needs while visiting our daughter in college. Host was super accommodating with our pets. Coming from a subdivision with a fenced in yard, our dogs loved exploring the grounds :) This little retreat was very peaceful and enjoyed a little R&R. The thunderstorm under a metal roof the 1st night was my favorite part. Slept like a baby. I obviously like it more than the pups LOL! Most comfortable mattress I've slept on in a long time. I hope to visit again soon on our next trip up."
