Erst am nächsten Tag kam der Mann der Besitzerin, konnte den Schaden bis zur Abreise nicht beheben, trotz großer Versprechungen. Das war eine erhebliche Einschränkung, nur eine Dusche für 7 Personen. Es wurdev eine Entschädigung zugesichert, dieses aber nicht eingehalten. Also, Vorsicht bei diesen Vermietern."

"Hotel romance was a wonderful place to stay in Karlovy Vary. It was a little difficult to get there from the train station as you had to take a bus and then walk down to the hotel. Apple Maps gave us the wrong directions, and we climbed a huge set of stairs and then walk down the street to the same place. However, after getting their list, app could not have been nicer. The breakfast food was delicious and I had a wonderful massage."

"we really pleased with hotel and we wish we stayed more days in Atlantic palace. price we pay we felt five star. Rooms really clean and cozy. everything is close to this hotel and breakfast was really nice and fifth floor with nice view. Thank you hotel Atlantic palace "

"Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."
