"Room was clean and spacious. Pillows leave a little to be desired. Check in persons were exceptional, kind and courteous. Would stay here again "

"Room was super clean and quiet. Only a 5 minute or so drive to Charlotte Motor Speedway. Breakfast had different variety every morning. (Waffle flavour changes, eggs are different style and then the protein changes daily) Only problem we had was the hot water in the shower wasnt hot enough. Felt more lukewarm than hot. But that was honestly our only complaint. Loved the spot so much that we rebooked for next year."

"Good location, easy check in process. I like that after hours you need a key to enter the lobby. Safety is something we value as a family. "

"Very clean and accommodating tiny house. Good proximity to a Lynx rail station having parking allowing us to get around Charlotte to various walkable destinations from other rail stations. Would definitely stay again!"

"Hotels.com stated this location as “Uptown”. It is NOT UPTOWN. Also there is nothing on hotels.com stating the poor neighborhood and dozens of people standing around The hotel entrance. No one would visit me because of where I was staying. Hotels.com has dropped in quality when you merged. I used to get a free room every 10 stays. Now I get $1 here or there. Clearly I’m moving to another hotel app."
