Hampton Cottage

Beautiful cottage - spacious and well appointed. The location is just a short walk to the beach, with beach towels and chairs provided. We would definitely return!

We had a lovely time in this cozy house. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner in the well appointed kitchen. We enjoyed the special touch of morning coffee with reusable to go cups left for us by the owner as a welcome gift. we will definitely be back!

This property is exactly as shown. It’s very convenient to the beach, about 5 minutes pleasant walk. Air conditioned. Bed sleep well. We hope to return next year

Little slice of heaven

This is such a great house. The owner is a wonderful guy who communicates very quickly. The walk to the beach is maybe five minutes? It’s just a lovely little neighborhood in a beautiful part of Hampton. The house was spotless upon arrival. We loved sitting in the backyard around the gas fire pit. If you’ve never tried an outdoor shower, I highly recommend you do. I would 100% recommend this property and hope to return for another week someday!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean, practically brand new. Outside shower a plus.

Renting this property was terrific. We were able to check in a little early and Ken was available for questions, although we did not have many. Very communcative owner. Definitely would stay here again. Location is great.

Great Location

This property was clean, coxy, and as described. Within a short distance of several beaches, restaurants, and attractions, Hampton itself is within a short drive of Portsmouth, NH or the Maine and Massachusetts borders. The owner, Kenny, was communicative and responsive. My family definitely would recommend staying at this property to anyone. Thank you!

Great place to stay

This property was great and looked just like the pictures. I stayed with my wife and three kids (ages 4-9) and we really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the bunk bed room with the ladders and loft. The kitchen was very modern. The master bedroom had a closet and a dresser that could fit all our clothes. The property also has bogey boards for the kids, beach chairs, badminton, paddle ball and cornhole. We loved the outdoor shower and the outdoor gas firepit. We missed having a washer and dryer but not a huge deal since we were only there a week. Kenneth was great! Super responsive. Thanks Kenny for a great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed NH, the beaches were amazing. This was a great place stay, a little off the beaten path but allowed us to relax.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time! Everything was brand new, clean, and in working order. The beach was walking distance but you could also drive further down to a bigger part of the beach. It was a nice relaxing week. We would definitely stay here again!
