Premier, modern, fully renovated, Beach home...stroll to the beach in 3 minutes!

This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with Heat and AC home has been newly updated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12-15 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. Everything was perfect! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Our host was extremely responsive throughout our entire stay. Check-in/check-out was super easy. Proximity to the ocean was really close. My friends and I had a wonderful time.

The place to stay at Hampton Beach!

What an amazing property and an equally wonderful host! As a group of 8, we had plenty of space and the bedrooms were super cozy and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. Plenty of parking and a great deck/backyard. Would absolutely stay there again.

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were a group of 3 couples plus one additional adult (mixed ages 23 to 86) and everyone enjoyed their stay. The beds were comfy, water pressure was great and there were more than enough towels, linens, blankets, pillows, etc for everyone. There is a/c in every room and it works very well. The location is terrific- you can walk to the beach and anywhere you want to go in town. The only things that were a surprise were the tiny sinks in the bathrooms and the steep stairs to the second floor. Neither turned out to be a problem but we did have grandma sleep in the first floor bedroom to avoid the stairs.

Beach house in the Snow

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Hampton Beach. We were able to walk to walk local nara and restaurants. We stayed here in the winter but could imagine it being a very active and fun place to stay in the summer. Micah, the owner, was very responsive!

Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed the stay. The location was quiet and a convenient walk to the beach. The opened concept on the first floor allowed for easier conversations. We appreciated having space for our teenagers to have their own area to hang out.

Great house great location!

Micah and his house were outstanding! The house is set up well and extremely comfortable. The location of the house is walking distance to anything in Hampton Beach. Looking forward to staying here for our upcoming trips to Hampton Beach.

The best...

When we rented this home a few years ago, we haven't been anywhere else since. This is THE best home for my family of nine. Plenty of space, fully stocked, clean, quiet location, close to the beach and I can’t say enough about Micah, the owner. This is our all time favorite.

Columbus day end of season getaway

This is my 3rd time renting this property. Perfect location. Close enough to the beach, casino, restaurants and night spots. At the same time is is on a dead end street without all the hustle and bustle of crowds and noise. It has all the amenities, it is very clean and comfortable, and it is a real bargain as well. I've already booked this place for next year.
