Short stroll to the beach! Newly renovated, 3 bedroom condo, wrap around porch

  • Perfect location the south end of Hampton Beach, this beautiful condo is only a 5 minute walk until your toes hit the sand. Hampton Beach State Park, Hampton Marina, and the boardwalk are also just a few minute walk.
    Enjoy ocean breezes from the private wrap around porch with a deck at the entrance and a second off the master bedroom. The newly renovated condo has a full kitchen w/new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, & countertop that seats 6 guests. The living room has ample seating with a sectional couch and a large screen TV with cable and WiFi. Down the hall is a bath with shower and washer & dryer. The 3 bedrooms each have a closet and sleeping space for six with 2 queen beds and 1 full sized bed. Rental includes 2 assigned off-street parking spaces.

Absolutely perfect accommodations. Nothing to bring but your clothes. Too bad mother nature did not cooperate but we made the best of a good situation. Close to everything and extremely clean

It was the perfect location for us! Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk but just far enough way that it’s quiet and comfortable. Super clean! Great large deck. Only downside was one of the bedrooms didn’t have an AC unit. With temperatures around 90 it was very warm in there without it. The “kids”( they are about 20 lol) just slept in the living room the nights it was hot. Other than that- perfect!

Graduation Trip

We had a wonderful time visiting New Hampshire for the graduation at SNHU. The house was lovely and was local to quite a few restaurants. It was also reasonably located to Massachusetts and Maine for further exploration.

Family Vacation

Our vacation included going to Boston, Salem and Lee for a long Halloween weekend. This unit was conveniently located to all locations. Very easy to check-in, unit was spotless and so comfortable. Short walk to restaurants and the beach. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

I loved that the unit was on the third floor, so there was no one higher than us, but it awarded us a view of the ocean. I also loved the second deck for when it was a bit cooler on the front deck. Location was wonderful, owners were great with what they provided throughout the space.

Beautiful, spacious home with AMAZING views!! The area is quite congested so there is not much privacy. There was snacks, toiletries, and the host went out of their way to accommodate us!!

Girls Getaway

We loved staying here!! It was clean, bright and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with what you needed to make meals and cocktails. A variety of coffees and teas and some snacks were left for us to enjoy. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the boardwalk but still in a quiet area. We were able to take the train out of Newburyport (20 minutes away) to Salem for the day which saved on trying to park there. We can’t wait to go back!!

Excellent property. Nice. Cozy. Clean. Full throttled amenities. Perfect landing spot

Our daughter plays college lacrosse and we needed a place to stay between 2 games and to take advantage of a birthday weekend. While the weather wasn't on our side we still managed a great time. Owner communication was terrific warning us of the storm and partial road closure before we arrived. The condo was stocked with coffee, teas and some snacks. The bathroom also stocked with toiletries in case they were needed.

This property was full of amenities, location was perfect, and host was able to accommodate an early check-in, which was SO AMAZING! We missed our connection flying into Boston, which really set us back. We were exhausted, and asked by chance of a possibility of an early check-in, which, again, she accommodated us without question! We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!! Dawn and George Gentuso *****JUST TWO things missing: There was not ONE full length mirror, the bathroom mirror was too high for me, and it was the only one. 2) Local TV is not pertinent, but it's great to have, especially for weather updates, local news. This condo was an amazing find & such a great stay. The hosts were extremely accommodating & communicated quickly & clearly. The condo is stocked with so many amenities which is huge bonus when traveling from out of state. From drinks, snacks, shower products, shower/beach towels, beach chairs, laundry products… you name it & I guarantee it’s there! The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes. The downtown area is also about a 10 minute walk. We had a great time & would absolutely book this place again!
