  • Enjoy stunning unobstructed ocean views from this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachfront condominium. The unit features a spacious living area with a large flatscreen television, a full-size sleeper sofa, a dining area, and full kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a plush queen size bed, built-in drawers, and a large flat screen television. The private balcony, accessible from the living area, offers sweeping views of the beach. Well above the hustle and bustle of the strip, you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the surf, dine al-fresco, or simply relax with a book.

    Parking, cable TV, Wifi, laundry facilities, towels and linens are included.

    The unit is located on the third floor of a five-story complex with elevator access. The building was built in 2015. Grocery stores, restaurants, music-venues, mini-golf, and waterslides are all within walking distance.
