"Aloha! This condo was exactly what I was looking for! Great location, awesome kitchen, comfortable living room furniture and bed. Such a cute place. I love the pineapple pendant lights. Kitchen well stocked and great non stick pans! We make eggs all the time so this is really important. I wish we were able to stay longer to really enjoy this condo. No noise from neighbors. You could walk to the beach but it was so hot so we drove. Lots of parking spots open when we went. Definitely recommend staying in Jill’s place. Mahalo"

"We absolutely loved our stay! One of our favorite things was opening the windows and letting in the fresh mountain breeze—it was so peaceful and quiet. The location was a perfect home base for our days exploring the island, and the kids loved coming back and jumping in the pool after a full day of adventures. We made so many wonderful memories here and would absolutely love to stay again. Aloha! "
Tropical Kuilima Estates Condo at Turtle Bay

"Great condo with excellent amenities for the price. Extremely quiet location. Bed was very comfortable and my husband and I both have bad backs, so this is a major plus. We stayed in mid-August and the expectation to only have the air conditioning on while we were in the unit seemed extreme given it was not cool overnight. A box fan might be a nice addition to circulate air out to the living room where our son slept on the pull out couch. It stayed pretty stuffy and when we ran the drier it didn't help the heat on the living room. Kitchen was well equipped enough for how much cooking we did in house. Pool was just around the corner and the walk to the Ritz/beach was very quick! Beach gear was a mixed bag, boogie boards and beach chairs were in good condition although we didn't use them, but there was not a full snorkel set that was not broken upon arrival. Overall it was a great choice for our family of 3 and we were very pleased."
