"On arrival the front desk person was very pleasant, courteous and helpful. He made me feel very welcome and made check in a breeze. The room and bathroom were spotless and clean. The excellent coffee machine and cold water dispenser were a pleasant surprise. There was about an 85 inch tv but it had very limited channels. The hotel was nicely located with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby so I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Great staff, very helpful with checkin & recommendations for local sites. And a good location close to Courtney shops and restaurants.L9cals restaurant is just a walk away and very good! If you are a bike rider this hotel is right on a bike, walking, birdwatching path that is a about 5 km s and keeps you a bit off the highway really nice addition to a trip"

"The room was small however it was clean and had everything you needed. The host had incredible communication and got back to me within minutes of sending messages. It made a very busy weekend much more enjoyable as I did not have to worry about check-in or questions going unanswered. I would absolutely recommend using this accommodation for friends and family in the future."
