It’s not a fancy hotel, and there are certainly ones that have better lobbies (etc) in Hanoi but if you want a basic clean room then the hotel is good. The lower floors are noisy at the front of the hotel (premium rooms). The upper floors less so. The staff are all lovely.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and accommodate any special requests I had. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

"Hotel room was up to all my expectations and good choice for breakfast. Unfortunately due to storm the week before some pools were closed and the beach was full of rubbish which staff didn't seem to be making an effort to clean up in any hurry. Distance from Cat Ba town was easy"
