"Good location for West Lake and accessing the general area. Bit hard to find if using Google however once we had our bearings it was easy enough. Would recommend to others looking for a convenient place to base themselves when visiting Hangzhou / West Lake "

"Room with full lake view offers a broad water and island view. Resort is quiet during winter season. But the boat service still runs despite only a handful of guests using it. Room nicely decorated except the cheap looking and ill-matched floor. Overall a nice stay. "
