Zheda Yuanzheng Lanshe Hotel
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were early for check in so dropped our bags and checked out the area. As it was a Sunday the pedestrian streets were busy. The area is very convenient to West lake . Would recommend the hotel and there are some very good restaurants in a mall ...

The lake view was very nice ! Staff members were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I had ever had!

Sofitel Hangzhou Westlake
The room doesn’t have central air on. I ask the stuff he told me it’s not the time to turn central AC yet because not hot enough. I think the building is too old . Just central AC It’s very humid in the room. The floor carpet is looking very dirty.
