"Unbelievable experience!! Loved everything about this castle… if you want to stay in a 750+ year old castle with unbelievable staff, stay here! Restaurant was great, food amazing… Ano (not sure if I spelled it right) and his wife (and staff) were unbelievably accommodating. Highly recommend staying here! "The property was nice, but Travelocity states that they are pet friendly and that is not accurate, I made the mistake of showing up with my dog, without contacting them in advance (something that I have done many times at hotels that advertise as pet friendly and it has never been a problem) and the room I was in was not a dog room. "The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Both dinner and the included breakfast had a great variety of choices and the food was very good. The surroundings were beautiful in a very quiet area."
