The “Waldblick” holiday rental is located on the ground floor, covers approximately 80 m², and underwent a comprehensive renovation in 2023–2024. It features a well-thought-out floor plan, bright rooms, and a quiet, pleasant atmosphere.

The open-concept living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment and connects all the rooms. From here, you can step out onto the approximately 16 m² south-facing balcony, which offers a view of the greenery and invites you to sunbathe, relax, and linger—just as its name suggests.

The apartment has three separate bedrooms, all equipped with exterior blinds for a restful night’s sleep:
