Holiday house wonderfully quiet and yet centrally located, WiFi

The house is quiet but central in Steinhude. Here you can enjoy your vacation on 100 square meters of fully equipped living space. The plot of about 90 square meters is completely paved and beautifully lit in the evenings. Here you will find a small secluded area for sunbathing on the south side. The seating area with barbecue area is located on the west side. A small path leads you directly to the water and the bathing island. A carport, directly at the house, is available for your vehicle. From your holiday home you can reach the bathing island in 5 minutes. Bakeries and other supermarkets (also open on Sundays). To the town center you go about 10 minutes. B. to the island of Wilhelmstein. Visit the Butterfly Museum or go to one of the many restaurants.

Ein wirklich schönes Haus, ruhig gelegen mit schöner Sitzecke und großen Schlafzimmern, die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Sehr freundliche und helfender Kontakt vor Ort und vom Vermieter. Wer in einer kalten Jahreszeit anreist, sollte vorher bei der Verwalterin anrufen und bitten die Heizungen anzustellen. Sonst wird es die ersten 24h sehr kalt.

„Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, und wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Hausverwaltung war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt angenehm gemacht hat. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche in unserem Quartier. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und funktionierte einwandfrei. Der ein oder andereTopf/Pfanne könnte ersetzt werden. Sehr hilfreich sind die Insektengitter.Ein abstellbares Problem ist die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Oberflächliches wischen ist irgendwann nicht mehr genug.Wir kommen aber gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus mit Abstrichen

Die Kommunikation vorab war gut, auch die Übergabe durch die nette Frau vor Ort. Lage war ruhig aber fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Wir fanden vorab 120 Euro Endreinigung echt heftig und sind davon ausgegangen,dass wir da ein top Tipp Häuschen erwarten können. Es ist alles vorhanden und manches ist neu, manches nicht so, grundsätzlich ist es sauber, aber die Dusche im EG müsste mal gründlich geputzt werden, es schien alles etwas oberflächlich, dreckiges Besteck in der Küche, eine defekte oder völlig deplatzierte Klobrille im EG Bad, worauf in älteren Rezensionen bereits hingewiesen wurde. Wenn man einfach etwas genauer ist beim Saubermachen dann ist alles gut. Im Schlafzimmer im EG befindet sich ein ziemliches schwarzes Schimmelfleck an der Wand unter dem Schreibtisch, bitte unbedingt schauen was da los ist! Trotz allem hatten wir gute Tage in Steinhude, ein tolles Fleckchen Erde, super nette Menschen, leckeres Essen, die Region ist zu empfehlen
