The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. "After confirmation of booking from website, hotel called and said they are overbooked and cannot be accommodate us. They denied any help. Even on that the hotel representative who was calling said us to cancel it from my side and stopped taking up my call. Overall a very bad experience."
