Convenient hotel for Koreans

The hotel is in Korea Town, My-Dinh, Hanoi. So, it is very convenient for Korean. The staff are very friendly and speak Korean well, the room is clean.. so there is no inconvenience.

잘 쉬다 왔습니다.

3일 지내는 동안 너무 편하게 있다 왔습니다. 예쁘고 친절한 카운터 직원이 한국말도 잘 하시고 늘 웃는 얼굴로 친절하게 대해 주셔서 감사했습니다. 주변에 편의 시설이 많아 좋았고(식당, 마트 등등) 밤에 조용하고, 매일 청소도 잘 해주셨네요. 미딩에 갈일 있으면 또 이용할 것 같습니다.^^

가성비 위치 괜찮음.. 그러나..

((체크인 당시 상황을 설명)) 체크인 당일 배정된 방 천정에서 물이 새고있었다. 이것을 미리 이야기 안해줘서 몰랐는데 이상하게 바닥에 수건이 깔려있기에 천정을 올려다보니 물이 똑똑 떨어지는 것이었다. 어처구니 없어 이에 대한 컴플레인을 하자 방이 현재 없으니 2호점(큰 길건너편)으로 옮겨줄 수 있다는 답변.. 나는 이곳 위치가 좋아서 이쪽으로 잡은 건데 ... 하여 우선 수리가능한지 기다리기로 했다. 하지만 기사도 늦게 오고 수리완료가 언제 될 지 모르는 상황;; 결국 수리가 안되서 저녁 10시에 방 변경을 요청하니 없던 방이 두 개나 윗층에 있었음? 뭐지? 하여 바로 같은 위치 윗층으로 짐을 옮김.. 하지만 이때부터 다른 이야기... 무료세탁(미리 확인하고 감)은 안된다고 함. 결론 : 위치도 아주 좋고 친절하고 한국어 가능한 직원이 있어 좋았으나, 겉으로만 친절하고 그냥 그때 그때 상황에 따라 자기 입장에서 유리한 쪽 임기응변을 하려는 태도 머 3성급에서 이정도면 그냥 수긍해야 하는 건지.. 필자도 잘 판단이 안됨 ps.. 주변 소음(차 오토바이 소리).. 하루살이, 모기 무지 많이 창문을 통해 들어옴
