Great Location.

Really good hotel right in the centre of the Old Town. Great cafes, restaurants and bars near by. Lovely, helpful staff and a very good breakfast. Well recommended if staying in Hanoi.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are exceptionally clean with great amenities. All the staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay so memorable. The breakfast was included in our package and offered a lovely variety of Asian and western options. Highly recommended.

Our 2 night stand at the hotel was simply outstanding. The hotel is very well located, clean and to be recommended in every possible aspect. A special highlight was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular Lily! Her never resting supportive nature made our trip unforgettable.

Fantastic hotel and staff

This hotel was located in the middle of Old Town. I was able to walk to see many sights. What really stood out the most was the staff. I cannot emphasize enough how incredibly kind and helpful they were in every aspect. My stay included breakfast which was one of the best so far on my four month vacation. But just one more time - excellent staff!!

This hotel is a little piece of heaven! The staff is very helpful. The front desk staff answered our questions in English. They found our group of six people a driver for a private tour during Tet. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. Breakfast is excellent!

Didn’t really rate the property. 2x. Singles pushed together to make a king. Single sheets overlapping each other instead of king sheets. no top sheets and hard as a rock. Couldn’t change the temp in the shower. Smaller room then stated and a window into what was more like an exhaust vent. Much better value for money around Hanoi. Glad we only booked a night.

Overpriced hostel room and unprofessional service

The hotel is not fully air conditioned. Air conditioning is only focused at one side of the bed. Gym was musty and equipment was old. There was a bad smell at the lobby. Should have cancelled the booking upon arrival but decided to give it a chance. Was promised that a refund can be made for the 2nd night but not given. Even after getting confirmation from hotels.com. Staff claimed the manager mentioned did not exist. Other then the location which there are multiple other hotels in the area. Please do not consider it.

In a good position, very busy area, plenty of places to eat. The room was a little small for 3 adults, only there for 4 nights so made the best of it. Breakfast could have been a little better as well. But all in all really enjoyed it

Das Team war überaus bemüht und freundlich. Ins besondere Zoey hat uns schon vor dem Urlaub beim Buchen von Ausflügen und dem Transfer tatkräftig unterstützt. Während des Urlaubs waren Lilly und Mike, so wie das gesamte Team sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen. Die Location ist hervorragend, alles fußläufig in 15min erreichbar.

Very Good Stay

The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing, especially Cathy. They were always kind and eager to help. The hotel is new and still working out some kinks. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choice but some of the hot items were not kept hot the entire time. I ate in the restaurant several times and the food was always good but I often found that they didn’t have some of the items on the menu. If I ask about an item 7X and you don’t have it, you shouldn’t put it on the menue. The room/bed was very comfortable and cleaned daily. It is important to know that the pool is just a plunge pool. It is small and shallow so not really useful for swimmers. I used the spa once and it was one of the best massages I ever had. If I come back to Hanoi, and I hope I do, I would probably look for a hotel with a larger swimming pool, but if I couldn’t find one at a comparable price, I would certainly return to this property.

Highly recommend this hotel! The service was excellent, especially Kathy helped us a lot with planning our next trips, organized cheap SIM cards, transfers and a lot more. The hotel is located perfectly so we could explore hanoi easily by feet. We would definitely book again :)

Excellent location and even more excellent staff. Zoey, Kathy, and Anna all helped make our stay at the hotel really great by booking excursions, providing food recommendations, and making the hotel feel like a very warm and welcoming place. Would definitely return next time I'm in Hanoi!
