The hotel was well maintained, clean and in a great location. The staff members, Jaine, Jenny, Vu, and Minh were all very kind and extremely helpful! We sincerely enjoyed our stay and could not be more content with our choice in accommodation.

Honestly, this place was worth the money and time my partner and I spent. Staff was extremely helpful and answered all questions we had. Always greeted us with a smile whenever we came and left the hotel. Room is spacious, and was kept clean daily. The area of the hotel is very central and convenient. Definitely would recommend. My only concern was that we didn’t know the minibar wasn’t complimentary as we were told about it when we were checking out. Might have missed the staff to tell us, but not a major issue. Overall, a good hotel with great staff.

Great hotel. Very close to old quarter only 5 minutes walk and far enough away from crowds and noise. Lots of local food nearby and very walkable area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We liked the hotel so much, we have booked for the next two quick visits to Hanoi we have coming up. Great shower and comfortable bed too.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the airport bus stop and major sightseeing spots. I had planned to rest there before my night flight, but unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean for a four-star hotel.. So, I just left my luggage there and went to a nearby spa instead.

My room was clean, cool from the AC and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great—walking distance to many great restaurants and the hub of the Hanoi chaos. If it’s your first trip to Hanoi, staff provide a map and list of places to eat. I’d stay there again.
