Wonderful staff was so welcoming for our 1 night stay in Hanoi. We were greeted with tea and banana cake! Cocktails and fresh spring rolls at the rooftop bar helped us get settled in. For this price range, the hotel is what you would expect. Beds are comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have a bathtub. 😀 Great area of the old town!!

Great central location in the old quarters. Close to everything you need. Right around the corner from the water puppet show, and old quarters is just a few steps away. The breakfast selection was great - some of the best I have ever experienced. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back here.

Hotel was in the lively old Quarter of Hanoi, and was a welcome oasis from the hustle and bustle, definitely close to all the action.. My room had all the amenities I required to feel at home. It was very tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and welcome, with a good selection of items. Most importantly the Staff here are amazing. Extremely helpful and patient with guests. I must have has a million questions, but they all took the time to answer them. A giant shout out to Miss Swan, Miss Ahn and Mr’s Tommy, Max and Roger. Who’s help made my stay most memorable. The hotel is very fortunate to have them.

Great staff truly, great service, everyone is polite, helpful, smily, something rare in Hanoi plus they have a great breakfast, you can do western or Asian, try the mango pancakes (more like crepes) they're amazing! I didn't like the tub next to the partition wall, soap goes behind the tub and no way to properly clean around it, a weird smell comes out when you're showering cause the water goes behind it :/
