We had a wonderful three-night stay here. The location is absolutely perfect in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff were truly amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every time we entered the reception, we were greeted with warm smiles and incredible hospitality. The staff definitely made our stay very special. Stayed at this location to be close to the lake but still be in Old Quarter. This location is excellent, close to everything but not the crazy Beer Street vibe. Perfect location for someone who wants to be close to all the action but not in the middle of all the crazies, lol. They also have a massage place and it was heavenly!!

From the minute you walk into the lobby, it's so transquil and relaxing with a beautiful koi pond. The Staff are all so friendly and speak English very well. The buffet breakfast was great including made to order American dishes. Every time we had questions about the area, they easily provided directions. Lastly, they arranged rides to and from the airport which was so convenient. It was walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake as well as the Cathedral. We will definitely return and stay here again.
