We had a great stay! The hotel is perfectly located, close to many shops and restaurants. Despite the central location, our courtyard-facing room was very quiet. The staff were friendly and the hotel offered good value for money. The room was clean but a little worn and could use some refreshing. A grab bar by the bathtub would also be helpful for safer access. Overall, we were satisfied and would recommend this hotel especially for its location.

The place is central location in old Town close to all tourist activities. Clean and helpful staff. Good breakfast, laundry service etc all on site. Beds are hard but surprisingly still got a good night sleep. We stayed 3 nights before heading to Sapa and then booked another night when we returned. They also had a car waiting at the airport for us to bring us to the hotel. Everything worked great. Would recommend this hotel

Amazing: room cleanliness, location, staff, breakfast. There are a lot of choices for places to stay in the old quarter - this one was just right for us. We stayed in the family room. The staff were lovely, all very helpful and provided great recommendations, luggage storage, and arranged rides for us.
