If you are planning to stay in this area, then book this hotel. One of the best stays in Hanoi. The location is in the heart of the town and everything is easily accessible. Nice new hotel with all the facilities, wonderful staff. If I come back to Hanoi this is the place I will stay again.

The room is small but very cozy. It has a tiny window, which is a nice bonus. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the room is quiet, making it easy to relax. The breakfasts are delicious and a great start to the day.

Our room was on the first floor and faced the foyer. At night there was a lot of noise in the foyer which travelled to the room. There was also a light which faced the room from the foyer. So not the most peaceful sleep. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location on the outskirts of the old quarter so you are close to everything but it is quiet when you're in your room and easy to sleep in the otherwise loud city. The room was clean, shower was great, good size room. The staff are so friendly and take really good care of you. The rooftop bar has great views of Hanoi and there is a hot tub you can use however it was a little hot, so maybe ask for it "not too hot" when you book to use it.

Staff is so wonderful and helpful. They had wonderful recommendations around town and helped with getting a sim card delivered. The spa staff was also amazing, I enjoyed them so much I returned a second day for a couple of treatments. They all do a really great job! Location has lots to offer and walkable.
