Perfect hotel for central Hanoi. Location was perfect; 8mins walk to Old Quarters, Nite Market and Hoan Kiem. Reception staff was excellent, seated us with drinks after collecting our passport to prepare check in. Breakfast was so sumptuous and the staff were super friendly.
