My first time visit Hanoi. Great location right near St. Joseph’s Cathedral! The neighborhood is safe, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Andrea, she was so kind, friendly, and spoke fluent English! Also, the male staff speaks a bit of Japanese, so Japanese travelers can feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this hotel!

Good location. It’s on a busy street but our room faced an inner opening so there was little noise from the street. That said there was no natural light or view but it was a reasonable trade off for a quiet sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit, eggs, and good coffee and more.

The room was quite functional but didn’t look like the pictures. Still it was clean and quite roomy and the hotel is in a great location to explore the Old Quarter. Our stay here was great for the two of us. The room was clean, spacious .. the location was fantastic! The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and had great choices. We booked a room with city views and a balcony - this was really not what we expected and the only let down. The place needs a bit of maintenance but has a lift and provides everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Staff here are absolutely amazing. Very good English, always friendly with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and had what we needed. Jasmine was fantastic and always happy. Beds were a little firm for me, but clean and decent sizes. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room in our family suite. Is in the heart of the city so easy to get around and close to night Markets etc.

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel ensured our pitstop in Hanoi was completely stress-free. The location is right in the heart of Hanoi, making it very easy to get around. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially when our flight changed and we needed to book an extra night. They were so accommodating that they even had our new room ready early before we checked out of the first one, making the transition completely seamless. Overall, a lovely hotel that I would absolutely recommend!

The breakfast had good variety, and when we arrived early and the room wasn’t ready yet, the staff sent us up for breakfast. They didn’t charge us for this, and we appreciated it after a long journey. It is the type of gesture that sets a hotel apart from the crowd.
