Located in the middle of the Old Quarter is this gem of a hotel. Fantastic staff, super clean modern amenities, this hotel was worthy of it's previous high ratings. The location is incredibly central in the old quarter. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. The room is quiet and the bed is very comfortable. The service at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is beyond excellence. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and the staff jumped up to assist us with all our bags. The receptionist on duty that night was Hennry and he shared his contact in order to provide recommendations to eat, things to do. Our stay was lovely, the food for breakfast was delicious (especially the beef pho!), and we truly had zero complaints. They truly went above and beyond. I had the best stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. The location is super handy and close to everything. The staff gave so many helpful recommendations and made restaurant reservations for us. They constantly checked in with me via WhatsApp during our stay to ask if i needed anything and always offered to make suggestions for things to do or places to dine. The breakfast was also top notch with such a variety of western and Vietnamese foods available. I had to leave early on our last day to get to the airport and they even made up a takeaway breakfast for me. I also tried out the spa and the service and treatments were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.
