We had the most perfect stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa in Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Tiffany was especially helpful and provided us a list of food and sightseeing recommendations for our short stay, and continuously checked in to see how we were going. We really appreciate all her help.

A wonderful stay highlighted by lovely facilities and friendly and accommodating staff. Located in the Old Quarter makes the hotel close to so many fantastic places to visit for food, shopping and sightseeing. We will definitely be back to stay here the next time we visit Hanoi.

The staff was very hospitable and helpful. They encouraged us to keep the A/C running which was unusual but great! The bathroom was quaint but nice. Beautiful and relaxing shower. Great location too. Near many old town restaurants and only 10ish minutes from the lake.

Very professional staff that all knew us by face and they all seemed to know our itinerary. The food was good, the room was clean and well maintained, the atmosphere was very calm especially in comparison to the bustling outside. Super quiet and peaceful. Right in the heart of the Old Quarter area.

Our room was large and comfortable, with a stylish wood design, we could fall into and drift asleep. We asked a great deal of the concierge’s office, from airport transfers to tour packages, and we were never disappointed. They were incredibly prompt in their responses and always so gracious in their correspondence. You could spend more for lodging in Hanoi, but I can’t imagine a better experience than we had at the Hanoian. From the doorman to the desk attendant, everyone made us feel at home.

Amazing location right in the heart of the old quarter, staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and the hotel has a really nice atmosphere. All amenities were really good, water pressure in shower, coldness of minifridge ect. Buffet breakfast was amazing and had just about every breakfast food i know + more. They also have an amazing Spa, special mention to Andrew for making our stay awesome. Overall, highly recommend this hotel for all of the above at great value.

What an amazing stay and a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the Old Quarter. The staff were incredible from the very beginning, always going above and beyond to cater to every need. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. If you have any questions or need assistance, Manager Elsa and her team are always happy to help. I also highly recommend enjoying the spa during your stay. The prices are very reasonable, and it's a perfect way to start your day. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Hanoi's Old Quarter.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. Rooms are clean and the view is great, we can see the lake from our window. Special mention to the warm and friendly staff Tommy, Antony and Jack who were very warm and hospitable, going the extra mile to make our stay in Hanoi special. This was our first time in Hanoi and Antony helped us book outstanding tours to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh and gave great advice on how to have the best experience. We ended up spending more time in Hanoi than planned. Partly because of feeling at home at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. We highly recommend this hotel. We will for sure be back.

I stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa and choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our Vietnam trip. The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, just a 15-minute walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. The lake area is vibrant at all hours, with wonderful restaurants, ice cream vendors, locals out jogging, and a lively atmosphere that truly lets you experience the heart of the city.

The staff really make this place special, nothing is to much trouble for them, every one of them is so polite and attentive, from managers to cleaners, the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the old quarter. The breakfast is a great buffet, something for everyone. Room is spotlessly clean, quietand comfortable. On the whole, really good value for money and i would definately stay again.

A beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. The rooms are clean, good sized, quiet and have all amenities you'd expect. We were even given a birthday cake upon our arrival. We both agreed the coffee was even better than that served at other hotel (our prior location) and having the gym kept my wife happy.
