The location was excellent- a short walk to the market and the lake...which anchors the old quarter. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was some of the best food we'd eaten. It has a boutique style vibe but also very down to earth. The hotel is also part of a budding network of hotels and restaurants that will refill anyone's water bottle for free. We loved this place...but the outstanding service from every staff member we met...informative, friendly and smart...that is why we will return and would encourage anyone to visit.

I’ve stayed here three times in the last month and cannot find fault. The location is ideal being a five minute walk to the night market, lake and central to the old French quarter. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the housekeeping ladies are very thorough. The front desk staff are so helpful and can arrange anything for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them. If I could give six star rating I would. A massive thank you to Andrew, Daisy, Princess Tiffany and Molly for all their help in making my stay stay as comfortable as possible...

I travel frequently, and rarely write reviews but the reason I chose to stay at Hanoian Central Hotel was because of their outstanding reviews. From the moment I made my reservation Molly was nothing but accommodating and the entire staff and I were friends by the end of my stay.

This is a lovely hotel conveniently located for the Old Quarter and near the night market and Hoan Kiem lake. We stayed several days and the staff, particularly Molly, Daisy, Andrew and Tiffany made us very welcome We had a large top floor room with a view over the city, with the bonus of a covered balcony. The room was clean and large with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and you could order freshly cooked eggs. We used the travel service to book an overnight trip to Sapa. It was worth paying a little extra to book through the hotel as the staff happily rearranged the dates as one of us was not feeling well on the original dates.We also used the laundry service which was efficient and reasonably priced.Overall it was a lovely place to stay and all the staff were happy, polite and obliging. We will definitely stay here again.

The Hanoian Central Hotel is a very good hotel, with comfortable big beds and rooms. Their breakfast is fantastic. Pancakes were fluffy and tasty, omelets were very good. Creme Caramel was very tasty and overall breakfast was very enjoyable. Hotel Staff were very good and helpful.

You will not find friendlier, more helpful staff at a hotel. We were treated like family, the ones you love, not hate. Tiffany and Daisy (their American names) were especially helpful. But the entire staff was also wonderful. Very nice room on top floor, location is perfect. We enjoy breakfast very much with plenty of choice. The Hot stone massage was perfect after long trip from Sapa with us. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had been recommended to us by a fellow traveller for its outstanding customer service and we were not disappointed. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a large choice. A very convenient location near the night market & Hoàn Kiếm lake. The stand out was the welcome from staff from the porters to the receptionists to the servers and cleaners. Thank you very much for two wonderful stays.

We’ve just started our Vietnam holiday in this cozy hotel in old town Hanoi and have felt more than warmly welcomed. The stuff is very friendly and helpful with any question and even organized a spontaneous city tour upon our arrival. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is diverse (vietnamese but also continental; eggs, pancakes, cheese etc.) and very good. Spa room & Lan was amazing, we really enjoy Aroma therapy.We would definitely recommend to stay here during a stay in Hanoi!

The staff here is very professional and courteous. Thank you to Tiffany, for efficiently organising my trip to true Ha Giang loop, Halong bay. As well as organising the train ticket, mobile sim card etc, she helped to organise them all! Also to Andrew and Molly for their smiling and friendly service from day to day, makes my day.

The Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa was an amazing stay for our time in Hanoi & I would highly recommend it! A very short walk down the road and you’re in the old quarter, lantern street, the night markets and much more. You’re also not far from the Hoan Kiem lake, cathedral and train street. The staff were the best part of the experience - we’ve never met a more accomodating and capable crew of staff ever. They were always willing to go well out of the way for you and take the time and care to help out your experience. We also got both of our rooms upgraded, which was a nice bonus too.
